All of the shows listed I have watched way too many times with my kids. I am not a huge fan of kids watching too much TV but we recently went on a very long road trip with our 1.5 year old and 2.5 year old. At those ages, they can't really entertain themselves in their car seat for very long. A huge help for us was playing DVDs here and there to break up the long car ride.
Most of the shows on Treehouse are educational and since they are short shows, your kids won't be watching the same program for hours and get bored. I think that is the different between a kids movie and a kids show. With their attention span so short, short TV shows like these on DVD are perfect!
