Wait! Before you powder that bum - there is a new recall out on The Honest Company's Organic Baby Powder. At least they are being honest about it. There have been dangerous bacteria found in Honest Organic Baby Powder.
The affected product is the 4 oz white bottle with the company's logo on the front. The UPC code is 817810014529 - so if you have a bottle of this in your home, stop using it. It is currently unknown how many incidents have occurred in Canada due to this recall, but they do know that the harmful bacteria includes some species that causes skin infections and eye infections. Nobody wants that to happen to baby!
The product was sold between May 2014 and December 2016. If you have it, bring it back to the store you got it from for a refund/exchange or just throw it out. You can also contest the company at 1-888-532-0190 anytime between 7 AM and 5 PM PST Monday - Friday.
