If you've shopped at Nordstrom recently or scouted out dresses on their website, you might have already heard the news. But for those of you who haven't seen the pop-up or heard from a sales associate, you might want to listen up. Shopping online is about to get MUCH easier for Canadians who love the department store.
Soon, Nordstrom will release a Canadian website, Nordstrom.ca. We don't know too much about the expansion yet, but Nordstrom has promised at least some orders will qualify for FREE standard shipping and returns! You can order items online and pick them up in store. Everything will be duty-free and priced in CAD.
This news is HUGE, especially if you've been trying to shop Nordstrom online for years. Orders are subject to duties and additional taxes (because they ship from the United States), free shipping isn't available, and prices can vary based on currency exchange rates – and they may be different to what's listed in stores.
We'll let you know as soon as it launches, but you can also sign up for email alerts to find out when the new website goes live. In the meantime, though, I'm going to at least browse their new arrivals. After all, I have a couple of weddings coming up this year, and I might just need a Floral Print Dress from ASTR The Label.
