Another store has fallen victim to what some people are calling the "retail apocalypse." GNC plans to close up to 900 stores across Canada and the US – and it looks like mall locations will be some of the first to go.
Last fall, GNC announced that the company would close up to 900 stores over the next three years ... and now it's looking like close to 900 will go. In the first six months of this year, they already shuttered 192 stores.
I've had a GNC Gold Card membership for years now, and my husband and I stop there every single time we're at the mall. So while GNC hasn't announced which locations will close yet, I'm crossing my fingers and really hoping they won't take ours away. And I might go stock up on some things in the meantime!
