Anyone else collect Pampers Gift to Grow reward points like Pokémon cards? With more than one kid in diapers, I am the self-professed queen of the Pampers rewards program. So I was worried when I heard that the Pampers Gifts to Grow rewards program will be changing.
Exactly how the rewards program will be changing is not yet known, but the changes will start on June 9th.
Here is the information that is available right now. Beginning on June 8th, you will be temporarily unable to submit reward codes for the period of one week. However, you will be able to submit codes prior to June 8th and after the week long hiatus. And don't worry. Your existing points balance will transfer automatically to the new program so you don't have to worry about redeeming your existing points before new program comes into effect.
In addition, the current Grow On program which rewards users for entering codes from diaper purchases each month for a period of time will be discontinued. If you have a Grow On that you haven't yet claimed, you will only have until June 7th to do so go claim it now.
Despite the loss of the Grow On program, there is good news in store. It is expected that the new rewards program will be more mobile friendly. And Pampers has released teasers that users will receive bonus points for downloading the new app. But best of all, Pampers will be introducing new rewards to the sometimes sparse rewards catalogue.
Will you be running over to redeem your points or will you wait and see what the new program will involve?
This sounds interesting. I just hope they don't follow Huggies' lead by introducing receipt submissions for their point based rewards program. Despite that system being implemented for greater ease of use it has caused me some unexpected grief with stores like London Drugs having vague product descriptions and not allowing for those purchases to be claimed via Huggies. I will probably just hold onto my Pampers Gifts to Grow points and hope they transfer over to the new system properly.
