Yet another baby toy is being recalled due to a choking hazard. Mamas, if you currently own one of the Manhattan Toy's Busy Loops Table Top Toy then stop letting your kiddos play with it. This colourful toy is being recalled because the beads have been falling apart, which definitely poses a choking hazard.
This recall is put forth by joint efforts from Health Canada and the Manhattan Group. So far, no reports of incident have been made. It is definitely better to be safe than sorry though. There have been two reports of the beads breaking apart, which is awfully scary considering the age group that this toy is for.
The recalled toys were sold between September 2015 and January 2016 in both Canada and the United States. The toys can be identified by the item number and UPC listed in the link above.
So what should you do if you do have a recalled product in your home? Immediately take the toy away from your child and return it to wherever you purchased it from. You will get a full refund.
