I didn't think online grocery shopping could get any more convenient - but it did! Normally, Walmart.ca would charge a $2.97 Grocery Pickup Fee when you shop online for Walmart Grocery Pickup or Penguin Pickup - but now it is entirely free!
The catch is that you will have to spend $50 or more, which is entirely easy to do when it comes to groceries.
The Walmart.ca Grocery Pickup Services are available in major cities like Toronto, Ottawa, Calgary and Edmonton but my local Walmart has it available as well. Does yours?
I didn't know this was even possible - but if you opted to have your groceries delivered to your home (what?!) there will still be a $9.97 delivery fee. Count me in for that too, especially on sick days!
FYI Minimum $50 purchase for the pickup service.
Better be free if they wanna stay competitive
I often travel to Vancouver but don't even think it's available there yet, which seems ridiculous and quite surprising. i would have expected it to be available as soon as it was offered in Toronto, being the next major Canadian city.
