Not making the trip to Disney World this year? You can still bring the Disney magic to your little one. And you don't need to spend more than the cost of a stamp.
Have your child write a letter to his or her favorite Disney character and your child will receive an autographed photo in the mail in response.
Here is how it works:
1. Have your child write a letter to your child's favorite character.
If your child writes to a specific character, Disney will work its magic to have that character write back to her. If she writes a general letter, she will receive a response from a random character.
And it is perfectly ok for you to help with the writing. Even Mickey has trouble understanding crayon scribbles.
2. Send your letter to the following address:
The Walt Disney Company
Attn: Fan Mail Dept.
500 South Buena Vista Street
Burbank, CA US 91521
OR Walt Disney World Communications
PO Box 10040
Lake Buena Vista, FL US 32830 – 0040
And don't forget to include your return address. The Disney magic goes far, but it doesn't extend to mind-reading. No return postage is required.
3. Wait for your response.
In response to his letter, your child will receive either 5 X 7 character card or a full 8 x 10 autographed photo. Nowour child will have to be patient. It can take up to three months to receive your photo.
Writing to his Disney hero is a great way for your child to practice his writing over March break. And your Mom cred will be through the roof.
My daughter is writing to Moana. And Elsa. And Anna. And Mickey. Who will your child choose?
Do u have to send a stamped return envelope with the letter or just include your address in the letter?
If you take time to read the article it gives you the answer.
Sarah Sarfraz I read the article. Most places like this won't mail internationally without prepaid postage. So I asked. Do you know the answer? Since you took the time to respond. Maybe you could be of assistance instead.
we are planning to get autographs for your girls!
