We already know that there's substantial merit to joining Amazon Prime in Canada and we've talked in depth about it right here. Since we posted that article, Amazon.ca has changed the minimum shipping requirement for non-Prime members to $35, instead of the former $25.

One more perk has been added - Amazon Prime members will now receive 'Twitch Prime' along with their membership. You can get characters, vehicles, skins and boosts for games like Hearthstone and Smite, plus bonuses such as a copy of Streamline on launch day. You just have to connect your Amazon Prime account to Twitch, which happens to be a leading social video platform for gamers.
