It took me 4 hours to put together but the instructions are clear and the holes line up for screws. A big improvement from the last time (it's been awhile). I am impressed with the quality of the metal and fittings. I bought it on sale for $250 but think it's regular price ($300) would have been a bargain too. Fired up the first time and reached 500 degrees in only a few mins. Powder from the searing burner spilled out when I tipped the box - that's the only con and it was my fault.
