Get your game on with the new PlayStation 4! Buy it at Walmart now for $449.99 and you will also receive a $50 gift card for free.
I finally got with the times and bought the PlayStation 4 the other day. The verdict is: yes, it is as awesome as it seems! The graphics are definitely much better on this console as opposed to the third one, but it's not just that the image is nicer, it's the level of detail that is incredibly remarkable. From the rain drops, to puddles on the ground, waves in the ocean, all the way to cans rolling around on a windy day... everything is rendered incredibly more realisticly.
Although now there is an Infamous bundle available for just $453.49 at Best Buy, when I got my console, it was at its regular price of $453.49. Luckily, I was able to price match it to The Source's price of $429.99. The bundle is definitely a great deal as well, but if you don't see yourself playing inFamous Second Son, then Walmart's deal is better, especially since it's as though you will be getting the PS4 for $399. The way I see it, if you're a regular Walmart shopper, then you're bound to spend that gift card on other stuff anyway. If you would prefer to use the gift card to get a game, then you could wait for it to arrive in the mail with your console and then head over to your local Walmart to use it.
I got Watch Dogs with my console and it's definitely a game I would recommend, especially for those of you who love Grand Theft Auto. It's very similar to the highly addicting GTA game in that you drive around town and complete missions, but it differs in the story line as you play Aiden Pierce, who seeks to avenge the death of his niece.
To take full advantage of the gift card, you could also get Final Fantasy XIV: A Realm Reborn for $44.46. Check out all of the games available for PS4 at Walmart here.
Be sure to also grab a PlayStation Plus membership as you can get free games with it on a monthly basis. You can either get a three month membership for $17.83 or a 12-month one for $49.83.
Even better is that shipping is absolutely free as well!
