Standard shipping depends on where you live. On a test order to Ontario, it was showing as $6.48 for me. I am assuming that you won't get hit by duties because the order is under $20 in value ($19.86 was my cart's final total). But anyway, it's possible that this will ship from their Canadian warehouse... let us know how you get on with that!

To buy this book on Amazon.ca, the cost is $106, and to buy from Chapters it is $112 - so even though this is possibly coming across the border, it's still a fantastic price.

Has anybody received this. I ordered it on June 25th and have yet to receive it, almost a month later. I wonder if it is being held up in customs???
