New or upcoming parents have the opportunity to claim some freebies courtesy of Similac.ca. If you join the Similac Club, you can receive up to $120 worth of freebies, free gifts and rebates for their products.
As you’re joining the club, you’re not only giving Similac your consent to receive these freebies, but to receive their marketing messages as well. You can opt out in the future, if you feel that you’re receiving too much info from them… but it’s worth signing up just for these freebies.
In the online form, you can choose from the regular cow’s milk based products. Or, if your little one has intolerances, then you can select the soy based product. It’s nice that they give you this choice! These days, I am hearing more and more about babies developing this type of intolerance. In fact only yesterday, I was informed that my two-month old nephew is allergic to cow’s milk. As he is being breast fed, it means that my sister has to drastically change her diet to cope with this.
This Similac freebie deal has sort of been floating round in various incarnations for many years. I first wrote about it here on Bargainmoose back in 2009! At that time, the formula was a full-size package, so signing up was well worth the effort. I am not sure if the size of the samples has changed in intervening years – if you’ve sign up for it recently, please let us know in the comments below.
The reason I am writing this post is that I saw the above amazing video on social media, and I really wanted to share it. I spotted the Similac Club offer on their site, so I thought it would be a good combo to introduce you to the above video as well as tell you about their freebies.
I am not scared to admit it, but the above video made me cry. If you’re feeling in any way emotional or hormonal at all, watch the above video with a handful of Kleenex at the ready. You’ll need them.
