We've all been there. You're minding your own business, rushing to catch the bus on time or get dressed before a party, and it happens. Whether you trip and fall, snag your nail or somehow otherwise anger the pantyhose gods, your tights rip, and you're faced with a choice: either live with the run or wear your bare legs.
But maybe not anymore. There's one company out there that claims to make "unbreakable" tights, as well as other undergarments like shorts, thigh-highs and socks – and you can order them all online.
I know this might all sound too good to be true, and there are already a few bloggers out there who have managed to tear and destroy these tights. But on a general day? These things should be good to go!
Sheertex is a Canadian company that made what they call "the world's toughest sheer pantyhose." These things are designed to hold up against all of those annoying snags and scratches – but they come at a price. A pair of their Classic Sheers will cost you $59. But they're worth a look, since you likely won't have to replace them as often as your current tights. They have reinforced toes and apparently won't stretch out, either.
Their products come in a few different colours, including nudes made to match a wide spectrum of skin tones. And if you need a little extra coverage under a dress (or want to avoid any god-awful chafing), just take a look at the unbreakable No-Sweat Shortie, also for $59. They can take my money!
If you have the time, I'd take a peek at every single thing they sell – and then fill your top drawer with their products. After all, shipping is free when you spend $75. and I'll never say no to tights that won't rip.
