This is it - time to take off the tank tops and summer skirts and add some scarves to our wardrobe for all and winter. Luckily Reitmans has a huge selection of scarves on sale from regularly $18 - $20 and now only $11.99. We've got an exclusive coupon code that will get you free shipping on all your orders from Reitmans, no matter the minimum. Use the coupon code BMOOSEFS to get free shipping this weekend at Reitmans, rather than pay the $99 minimum for free shipping. Sweet!
Although I have a number of scarves already, they are such a fashionable and easy accessory to add to an outfit and completely change it up. You can get some extra use out of plain black top by jazzing it up with a scarf, so much so that you could wear the same top each day with a different scarf and no one would know. I'm not suggesting you don't wash your top, just that you could have a completely different look every day even with a limited wardrobe if you simply add some different scarves.
Scarves also make a fantastic gift when you don't want to spend a ton, but want to give someone something thoughtful. I recently had a birthday and my friends gave me one of two gifts - wine and scarves! I gladly drink the wine while wearing the scarves.
I am much more inclined to wear an infinity scarf, just because of ease of putting on. This printed one is pretty and regularly $18, now $11.99.
But, regular scarves are a little more versatile than infinity scarves as you can tie them in so many different ways, again for a different look. I also like that you can untie them when you get a little bit of a hot flash. Trust me when I say, you don't need to be in menopause to get them - I find I randomly feel hot now even though I am told I'm nowhere near that stage of my life!
This white lace scarf is perfect because it is neutral so you can wear it with or without a print underneath and it won't compete. If you are into darker coloured clothing because they are slimming, this is the perfect way to add some white to that. Regularly $20, now $11.99.
I recently saw a commercial about Reitmans and how it isn't just what it used to be. I think people thought it was a store with more conservative (aka boring) clothing and their styles have definitely evolved.
