Pricematters Canada has a really good deal on a smaller flat screen TV. Get a Toshiba 19" LED TV for only $99 (Reg. $189.99). This is a perfect size TV for a dorm room or a spare bedroom.
I have never owned a Toshiba TV, however, in the past I have owned Toshiba Laptops. They were pretty sturdy units, mine lasted for 5 years!
