When you sign up, you'll have to give your address as well as your Costco membership number. You must be 18 years old and only 1 sample pack will be sent to each mailing address.
You will have to answer a few short questions about your product usage.
There are some great samples this time around. I ended up with all 6 samples: Scope, Tide Pods, Venus Razor, Mr Clean Magic Eraser, Olay Regenerist Wrinkle Revolution Cream, and Always Infinity.
Your samples should arrive in 6-8 weeks.
