I love this idea! It's like a giant hair pic from the 80's but with sharp teeth to really dig into the entire onion to secure it in place, keeping you safe. The tines are really sharp so make sure to store it safely where kids can't reach. I'm thinking I would use it for tomatoes, potatoes, and hard boiled eggs as well.
