This is a great deal on the National Geographic Magazine. You can subscribe to 12 issues for only $16. The issues will arrive on a monthly basis. 
The Canadian provinces are at the bottom of the dropdown list. The landing page on buysub.com says that it is $12us, or Ca$16. That works out at $1.33 per issue!
I’ll admit that the only time I’ve ever read National Geographic is in the Doctor’s waiting room. But from what I have seen, there are some absolutely stunning pictures in it.
Have you see the Google earthimages in conjunction with the National Geographic? There is a section of images which were taken in flyovers in Africa, and they were integrated into Google Earth. You can see amazing close-ups of herds of roaming wildebeest, magnificent scenery, and more. There’s more info on the Google blog.
