As you might remember, Lowe's is poised to close 34 stores across Canada over the coming months. Most of them are RONA stores that fall under the Lowe's banner, but there are six locations you have to know about if you love shopping at Lowe's specifically. They're scattered across the country and closing their doors soon.
Lowe's stores will shut down for good in North Etobicoke, Thunder Bay, Cornwall, Calgary Shawnessy, Prince George and North Regina. The first three locations I mentioned will cease operations on Jan. 31 2020, and the remaining three will stay open until Feb. 19, 2020 – so make sure you stop by before then.
All six of these stores have already started their Store Closure Sales, and absolutely everything must go. If there's one silver lining to all these shutdowns, it's that all items in those locations are now between 30% and 60% off! So if you need new major appliances, tools, home security systems or paint, I'd head there ASAP.
But if you don't live near one of those stores or prefer to do your shopping online, there are still ways you can save. On the web, select Christmas decorations are 50% off. And in stores, natural Christmas trees are 25% off! Plus, you can find deals on vanities, snow blowers and chandeliers. Even their Big Appliance Sale is on!
Sucks. Losing our favorite one. Used to be a totem and those guys were always so helpful to help me get what I needed. Plus the free popcorn made the kids and big grown kids happy
