I received the $5 off any order code but it will not recognize it or let me redeem it when I enter it correctly in the promo code section. Has it expired or? I am trying to order the classic box as I have a bunch of the Dove deodorant dry sprays - which I think are excellent - In most scents and the pink powder scent in the Degree brand but want to try this other Degree scent as well.

Just ordered the CLASSIC Limited Edition box using a new $5 code customer service sent me quite quickly after finding out there was an issue. They were very kind, courteous and help - just as you mentioned. Thanks again!
Also, I'm sure anyone having the problem of only being sent a 10% off next order email can also email support requesting the proper $5 coupon that was promised or expected and I'm sure customer service will try and assist as much as possible. There was also a referral program prompt, after I placed my order, which gives customers a $5 coupon off any limited edition box.
