They are a nice eco-friendly online boutique based out of Vancouver, and you can pick up your order for free at a candy shop (of all places) in the Vancouver area.
My experience: I start university again in less than a month and am prepping for transporting food and water from home to uni. I have mentioned before that I hate the metalic taste of stainless steel water bottles and I don't like the feeling of plastic on my lips. I phoned in my order because I wanted to pick it up while in Vancouver, and I had one of the best customer service experiences I have ever had. The sales associate not only handled my transaction well, but when telling me where to pick my new water bottle up from - he also told me about the Art Walk that was going on near the store and the various nice hiking trails near by.
