Kid's Clothing from $1.49 and Carter's 40% off at Sears

It's hard to imagine you can purchase brand new Tee for kids for $1.49 but you can, today at Sears.ca. They have a selection of kids' clothing discounted by 50% and they also have Carter's clothing reduced by 40%.

You may or may not have luck using promo code WISH10 and JOY15 if you spend over $100 or JOY20 if you spend over $200. Restrictions vary so the rule of thumb is try whatever current codes are available just in case the discount applies!

This is the kind of sale where I just start putting all sorts of things into my cart, kind of like when I shop online @ Sephora but this will be so much less expensive than buying makeup!

    Beware when shopping on Sears.ca. I just purchased an item that was list as 50% off but then received the emailed invoice charging my card the full amount! This is not the first time Sears.ca has done this to me: where you confirm a total price at checkout and then get billed a higher amount.

            Wow - thanks for bringing this to my attention.  I called the 1-888 number and she asked if I had a screenshot of the order at the price it should have been - WHY would I have that? 

            Going back through all my recent Sears orders to make sure they didn't do this again.  I don't think to confirm the total when I see it come into my email as a confirmation - I will from now on.

            On hold forever - she said they will honor the lower price but refused to do the WISH10 since it should have qualified - whatever, I saw it come through hence my post yesterday.  I wasn't going to push the issue for 47 cents but still!  To boot, I now have to wait for the items to arrive, then call back, wait on hold, and ask them to issue the refund which supposedly has been noted on my order file!

            Wondering how to raise this issue higher since it is either a glitch that happens often, or dishonest, hoping people don't notice?
