    [Update] After much waiting, I managed to order the Keurig travel mug for just $3.44 along with a couple of k-cup boxes at $0.71 each. Hopefully the orders do come! :D

  I tried for a couple of hours got my cc info but nothing came up to confirm it went through and now site is down saying to come back in a few hours when shipping is free on orders over $69

      it was not a scam but this email was sent to people who were able to order: Dear Keurig® customer, You just made an order using the promotional code: “THANKS”. As stated in the Keurig.ca newsletter issued on December 6th and in order confirmation emails, this promotional code is valid from January 1st until January 31st 2014 and only applicable to orders of $85 or more. This promotional code cannot be combined with any other offer, promotion or coupon (the regular member price of each K-Cup® packs box ranges from $15.71 to $19.79). Due to a programming error, orders using this promotional code were received although they were not meeting the admissibility requirements (stated above). Regardless of any confirmation emails, all such orders could not be processed and will be refunded. Nevertheless, you will be able to use the promotional code for admissible orders starting January 1st, 2014. We are sorry for the inconvenience and we want to make it up to you! We truly value your interest in the Keurig® brewing system and we are proud to know that you love our beverages.   I managed to also get as far and entering my Credit Card Information in and when I clicked place order it timed and then just brought up and error page and I have been unable to get on the site since. Would have liked to have got a few

  I was trying for a long time earlier in the day with no luck. I just tried again and it still showed the $15 off in my cart, I went through checkout and order confirmed. The confirmation page shoes my credit card being charged $15 for the coffee :(

  Deal is dead. Now that the website is back up they have disabled the code for use with the $15.71 K-cups. At least it wouldn't work for me. Boo urns.

  I managed to order 4 boxes last night before the site crashed. They now have the glitch fixed. Hope I receive what I ordered. Too bad, because there were four other flavours I wanted to try. LOL

  Talk about a Public Relations Nightmare. Frustrate their core customer base, and not honour purchases made from their website. I wonder how long it will take before this makes the news, traditional and social media?

  I am wondering if they have any legal obligations to fulfill the orders? I also received that e-mail a couple days later saying that the deal was invalid and that my credit card would be refunded, but it still has not been. I also ordered an item on November 29th and I still have not received it. I have sent them three e-mails to their customer support team and I have left 3 voice mail messages over the past two weeks and not even one person has contacted me back. Does anyone know if we have any legal options to look at? I am just furious at how they have dealt with the aftermath of this. Thanks everyone.
