Over on Walmart.ca just now, they’ve got a super price on a budget-blender. You can pick up the Hamilton Beach Single Serve Blender for a mere $9.94 with free shipping to your home. This is one of Walmart’s current rollback deals… they’ve got quite a few great offers on site just now, with really competitive prices.
As you can see in the image above, you have a choice of colours in the blender; black, red, silver and blue. So, you can choose the model that best fits the colour scheme of your kitchen. I prefer the silver as that would match in with some of the other appliances in my kitchen.
This Hamilton Beach Single Serve Blender comes with something called a travel lid, I hadn’t heard of this before. Apparently, it allows you to drink directly from the jar and you can carry it about with you.
Obviously as the name states, this is a “single serve” blender, so it’s not one of those massive family-sized appliances. But I think it sounds very handy if you were considering blending some things in the morning, perhaps for the journey to work. The jar is dishwasher safe too, so you can just pop it in there for a good rinse once you are finished with it.
Upon googling for “Hamilton Beach Single Serve Blender” to see if there are any other places to price compare this device, I found it on Amazon.ca for $14.99 (plus shipping fees). All other online stores seem to be pricing this Hamilton Beach blender above $15, so the Walmart price is very strong.
There are 17 five star reviews on Amazon, with comments such as:
I bought this machine to make baby food... and it came through. It is excellent. I boil up the fruits and veggies, add a little water to the blender and purees great!
That actually sounds like a fantastic idea, I hadn’t considered that until I read the above review. If you’re about to start weaning a little one, you could consider getting one of these blenders for that purpose.
Blending seems super popular at the moment! I’ve heard of people blending all sorts of things… what are your favourite recipes to blend?
