You have to be a member of the "Guess List" awards program to take advantage of this offer. It's basically a free loyalty card which gathers points as you shop. If you want to use this offer in-store, just sign up for the loyalty card while you are there.

I was testing the process online, I joined the "guess list" once I was logged into my account. Then all the online prices shown on the site were discounted by the appropriate amount.
