Great Deals On Watches @ Amazon.ca

Over on Amazon.ca just now, there are a few discounts and deals on various watches, ideal for Christmas pressies... it’s getting closer and closer, you know!

I’ve had a glance through the selection and there are quite a few to choose from, and the sales are advertised at up to 70% off. Here are a few examples:

For a really basic digital watch, you can get this Activa Women's AD005-004 Digital Blue Transparent Rubber Strap Watch, down from $55 to only $15.85. This is actually my favourite type of watch, and I wear a very similar one all the time. I like the simplicity of the time on it, and the fact that I can hit the little light button in the middle of the night to check the time.

For a slightly more expensive treat, this ladies Stuhrling Original Classique Collection Gatsby Girl Swarovski Swiss Quartz Watchis down from $445 to only $127.14. It’s very pretty in pink!

For the lads, there’s a huge discount on this Invicta Men's 0563 Russian Diver Collection GMT Carbon Fiber Dial Black Ion-Plated Watch, down from $895 to only $179. It’s pretty stylish; I like the red face on this one. But if you’re looking for a more traditional and simple design in a men’s watch, you could choose the FujiTime Adatara-Series Classic Gold Bezel Black Leather Band Automatic Watch, down from $280 to only $56. It would be preferable if the man likes a watch with hands, rather than the digital kind.

Now, over to the kid’s section. The Timex Kids' T78751 Digital Race Fast Wrap Flames Watchis down from $34.99 to $23.76. It would probably be suitable for either gender, but I know my 7 year old nephews would love this one. Flaming straps! More on the girly side of things is the Breda Kids' 8139-white "Chelsea" Gittery Dial Rhinestone Encrusted Bezel Glittery Silicone Band Watch, down from $33 to $23.10. If you search, this one actually comes in quite a few colours to choose from.

Don’t forget that any Amazon.ca order of $25 or more gets free super saver shipping.

I remember my first ever watch. I was about 7 years old, and my brother brought me home a brand new watch from his vacation in Switzerland. I’d known how to tell the time for a few years, but I’d never actually owned a watch of my very own. I was ecstatic! I’d go around all day looking at the time, even though I’d only looked at it one minute before. Maybe that is how I’ve got such a good sense of time now – I wake up in the middle of the night and say to myself, it must be about 4am. I look at my watch and it’s 3.55am... plus I hate being late for ANYTHING. I blame that little yellow watch...
