I am pretty stoked about this deal as I hate buying movies I have not yet seen. I know: I am weird. However, there is just no point in springing $15 to $25 on a movie that I might not like. Rentals are an awesome way to see the movie you think you might like and making sure before buying the DVD or Blu Ray to add to your collection.
There are many popular movies out right now. Minions is hugely popular with the kids and also has something for the adults as well. Any good children's movie has multiple layers. If your children are in the Minion craze, then rent this movie.
There were other incredibly popular movies released this year. The latest Jurassic movie called Jurassic World yet again set out to awe, amaze, and scare you. Were they successful? I can't say for sure as I have yet to see the movie, but I have heard good things. Originally $4.99, get this rental for just $1.25.
I just watched Inside Out - what a great movie for people of all ages. When I originally saw the trailer, I wasn't sure it was going to be that good but it was actually fantastic. It reminds us all why certain emotions are so important. :) Inside Out is well worth the $1.25 it will cost you to rent it.
I've been trying to figure out what I am most likely to rent with this promo and I have a short list. Mad Max 4: Fury Road is on my short list because it looks like a killer movie and I missed out on it in theatres. The other two movies I wanted to see: Dracula Untold and Crimson Peaks are not available for rental so I will probably end up with Mad Max.
If you want a completely crazy movie that mixes a Midsummer Night's Dream with awesome animation and way too many songs... then check out Strange Magic by George Lucas. I just watched this movie and it is FUN! I adore the Bog King... what a great character. This movie only costs $3.99 to rent, so it will be only $1 to you.
