Here's the tip from Rachel herself:

When you buy something from Garage, you receive a receipt. On the receipt their is instructions on how to take an online survey, once you have completed your online survey, you enter your email address. In the next 24 hrs, you receive an email from garage, in the email is a 15% coupon, that you print out and use on your next purchase!
