Listen, I'm a gamer. I know how it is. If you want to go out and rent a game you need to put on pants, clean the cheetos out of your neck beard, brave the harsh light of the scare ball (or the sun as the day-walkers call it) and then pay good money to rent it. GameAccess and Bargainmoose want to save you that hassle.
If you're like me, you've been filled with jealous rage for years over Americans having GameFly and us having nothing! Well, if you're like me, you also haven't been looking very hard. GameAccess.ca is the same idea as GameFly but for Canada and they have been around for six years! What they do, if you were unaware, is rent out video games that they mail to you. I kind of joked in my intro there but it's kind of true. Honestly, since Blockbuster closed, I don't know where I would rent a game in a bricks and mortar store locally. Maybe a gas station somewhere might have a handful of games.
The deal here is a 10 day free trial rental of one game. If you're officially bought into the idea you can sign up for a monthly accout and save some on your first month. An account that allows you to have one game out at a time is $9.95 for the first month while an account that lets you have two out oat a time is $14.95 a month. That is a savings of $8 and $10, respectively.
As far as selection goes they have over 10,000 to choose from across the current and last generations of consoles and handhelds. With a free trial you have nothing to loose so go ahead and pick out a game. When you do, leave a comment below and let us know what game you're renting for free!
