Okay, I know that cameras that print your photos right away aren't exactly a new concept. I've been shaking my Polaroid pictures since I was little – but this camera takes things to an entirely new level.
The Fujifilm LiPlay is the newest Instax Mini digital camera to hit the market, and I have to say, I think it blows all the other ones out of the water. It's small enough to take just about anywhere (and way less clunky than, say, the Fujifilm Instax Mini 9 Camera) with a major added perk. You can edit your photos before you print 'em!
In a nutshell, this little camera brings together all the nostalgia I want with all the new tech I need to get those perfect snaps. It sells for $199 at most Canadian retailers, but I actually found them in white and rose for $189 each at Urban Outfitters Canada (where you can actually find them online and in some stores).
Basically, you take your photo and then connect the camera to your phone, tablet or other device via Bluetooth. All that's left is to edit, customize and select any photo you want to print. The best part about this is that you can choose which photos you want to print (which means you don't waste any film or printing pages when the lighting is bad or everybody has their eyes closed). Plus, you can download digital versions of all your photos to post! There are built-in frames and filters, and it also lets you add sound to digital photos.
