I have a family of four and I am constantly looking for fun free events to take my kids to. I was checking out Toys R Us Canada because they sometimes have free events and found an awesome event that will be happening tomorrow morning. Starting at 11am Saturday September 27th, you and your family will be able to attend the Toys R Us Free Play Day.
This free family event will start at 11am at your local Toys R Us store and is geared for boys and girls ages 1 year old t 12 years old. You are not obligated to buy anything and all of the activities and crafts will have all of the supplies for free.
There are six different things to look forward to for this event:
Mega Bloks Make N Take- Build and take home a Mega Bloks Butterfly or Power Rangers Sword and get a free Hello Kitty or Power Rangers mini-figure.
Ninga Turtles Training Camp- Complete the basic Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles challenge and trivia to get a free Ninja Turtles bandana.
Tonka Dump Truck Paper Craft- Build your own paper craft Tonka Dump Truck.
Fashion Angels Tapefetti Make N Take- Create a custom headband or bracelet with the Fashion Angels Tapeffiti. Choose your favorite Tapeffiti rolls and decorate any way you like.
Toy Demos- Try out some of the hot new toys this season. This includes Tamagotchi Digital Friends, Boomer the robo-pet Dinosaur, Zuppies the digital dog, Kinectic Sand, infant toys from Bright Starts, Vtech and more.
Free Giveaways- You will have the chance to get the following giveaway; Kiss Naturals Lip Balm, KREO Transformers, Spirographs, Beados, Shopkins, Gelarti and more.
These events tend to be pretty popular and it will be first come first serve. Some of the activities will have a limited number of supplies so I suggest you arrive as close to 11am as you can to guarantee your child will be able to participate in the activities they want to. They can do one activity or all of them.
I know my boys will love the Tonka paper craft and the Mega Bloks make N take activity. I can't wait to bring them this weekend!
