If you would like a free copy of “Eating Well with Canada's Food Guide” from Health Canada, go to their site and simply request one. If you want to save trees, you can of course read it online on pdf or HTML format, or you can just order a print copy of the freebie.
I had a quick read and it talks about things like servings, oils and fats, ages and stages etc… actually quite a lot of useful information!! Here’s one tip that I never follow: “Have breakfast every day. It may help control your hunger later in the day.” I’m just not a breakfast person! I’m ordering the free brochure as we speak.
