I'm trying my best to not order takeout too often during this quarantine, but there's just something about sushi. It's one kind of cuisine I won't attempt on my own, and who can turn down the sides of tempura veggies? And while your kiddos might not be able to try rolls out for themselves yet, there's sushi just for them.
I stumbled across the Fisher-Price Rice 'n Roll Sushi Set last night, and it's purely adorable. "Tiny foodies can take a 'bite' out of playtime" with this "pretend meal" that comes with imitation training chopsticks, a chewy sashimi teether toy and two soft sushi rolls that make different sounds.
The entire thing is a sensory playset designed to keep your littles entertained while they develop their fine motor skills – all while providing you with the cutest photo ops. It's pretty similar to the Taco Tuesday Gift Set that Fisher-Price released a while back – and you can pick that one up for $11.97 at Walmart or Amazon.
You may occasionally spot this sushi set at Amazon, Walmart, Bed Bath and Beyond or other department stores, but it's currently only available in Canada at Babies R Us, where it sells for $9.99. Shipping is now free when you spend just $35 online, and curbside delivery options are available at your local Toys R Us.
