There are a few different styles, designs and metallic finishes you can choose from, but prices start at $48.13 (from $80.22) and will increase if you choose a longer chain or want to add more than two names to your necklace. It looks like they can add between two and four to a single necklace and have everything done in silver, gold or rose gold. Just follow their instructions to submit the names and order you want.
