Many toys don't include batteries when you purchase them and every Christmas it seems we are scrambling around looking for batteries. If you need AA, you'll find only AAA and vice versa. I really don't understand how that works, it's such a pain!
I'm stocking up on these Panasonic Eneloops! There's a huge variety of batteries or batteries and chargers. I have the original type of eneloops and they're fantastic.
This is one set to go with that gamers need. It's on sale for $22.39, reg. price is $31.99. The batteries can be charged up to 2100 times so we are talking about having these around for years They retain up to 70% of their charge after 10 years when not in use.
For those with small children who have toys that take C and D cells, grab this set for $34.99 that has the whole kit & caboodle. The reg. price is $49.99.
You can also buy batteries without the chargers to have around as spares, as well, there are high capacity batteries available for high power high drain devices such as flashlights.
Shipping is free if you spend over $35 or with no minimum spend if you're an Amazon Prime member.
If you don't need the charger (one or two good ones are more than enough), have a look at Costco.ca... 57$ for 16 AA batteries
