I have purchased things from this seller, Sabbashop, many times in the past, mostly becuase I can easily pick up the items at their storefront in Markham (Ontario). Most of the time, the product is fine; other times, I have received damaged goods. When you pick up an item from them that is damaged, it's easy to return for a refund. However, should your purchase be shipped and arrived damaged, keep in mind that YOU will pay the return shipping which, on something like this, could be very expensive.
