    I just tried it from items not specifically under the SALE category and not only do I not get free shipping the 20% does not come off either...? I'm talking to the online chat for customer service and they said it won't apply?!

      Hi, the coupons worked earlier and now I can't get any of their coupons to work even though they should be valid until October. They say sitewide so there is no reason they shouldn't apply. I've emailed them and hope they get back to me asap and I'll let you know!

Hi all! They told us that coupons don't work on sale items... though at the time of posting the info above, Eva tested all the deals and prices and were working at the time. Sorry!
