I know we've all heard horror stories about how employees were fired because of stupid comments left on the public domain, but what about from the company's perspective? I think anyone representing the company has to be extremely careful as to what they write on the internet.
If you manage a small business or run a small website, then you probably do the majority of your social marketing yourself. Twitter is growing and it can be a useful tool - but make sure you know what you're doing before you start tweeting what you had for breakfast!
