Billabong is a pretty big name when it comes to surfer style clothing. I do not have much experience with the brand. But, I bought a Billabong skirt many years ago and it was my favourite skirt. The material was so soft and the skirt flowed beautifully when I walked. Even now, I remember the quality of that skirt. Unfortunately, my proprietor had a mice infestation and they chewed through my skirt. While not a skirt, Boathouse does have some Billabong shorts on sale from $70 down to $29.99. TheBillabong Blackhawk 21" shorts are patterned on top like the paneling on an aircraft, which makes them really cool. The Blackhawk shorts also come in green, but I prefer the grey. These are my favourite shorts of the bunch and I think many guys would really enjoy wearing them.

These shorts are for the guy who wants to get noticed as the pattern is attention-grabbing and the colours are bright.
