So I was planning on having my Blurb book done by now, indeed I wanted to finish it over winter break. But I was sick, life happens... and thus it will probably be delayed till may or so. My friend - my editor has also disappeared. Since I started my book they have updated a bunch of stuff at Blurb so I am really excited to get back to it and do a bunch of reformatting!
Blurb does ship from the US and I don't know about their duty/customs rate - but I do know their photobook deals are very reasonable.
