BestBuy Canada has a few cool home audio sales going on over the next few days and this is one of them. If you're looking for a higher end home theater setup, there are some really good offerings here.
These aren't your cheap-o Wal~Mart specials where you get the whole deal for $300 bucks and it sounds terrible. The regular prices on these, as you can see above, range from about $950 on the low end up to around $1700. Those prices generally give very good sound and with this sale you won't pay more than $1130 and could get as low as $630.
My sound system, which is just okay, was around $500 and I wish I had ponied up a few more bucks to get something nicer. It has wireless rear speakers that always click and the center channel seems underpowered. It's just a Panasonic "home theater in a box" kind of deal. I would have been well served by Boston or even a JBL.
