Basically it is the usual restrictions. They never include their leather and I am not exactly sure why. One of my favorite cold weather accessories that they have is this faux fur lined trapper hat that is $62. I would never pay that much for a hat no matter how great it looked but having the 40% discount bring the price down to $37.20 a much more reasonable price.
