Here's a quick rundown of the maximum amount of savings in percentages:
- $25 off $75+: 33.33% off
- $40 of $100: 40% off
- $75 off $150: 50% off
But keep in mind that these are only maximum amounts because if you shop for exactly $150, then you will save 50% off but for any order over that, you will still save $75 off regardless of the total, which means that the percentage of the discount will go down. Even if you shop for more than the amount listed for the discount, don't fret as you're still saving loads!
I have to admit that I didn't think that the Banana Republic promo code above would work on sale items but I'm happy to report that it does work! Here's what happened when I tried it on the pinstripe v-neck sheath dress:
Originally priced at $185, it's now on sale for $154.99 and comes even further down to just $79.99. -- that's a 57% discount off its original retail price! It's hard to see on the picture without zooming in but the dress does indeed feature pinstripes as the name suggests, along with a v-neck, short sleeves and an invisible zipper at the back.
Although it's only available in a medium or a large, I also spotted the lightweight moto jacket for men. It's on sale for $112.99 (reg. $185), which means that if this is the only item you get, then you will only pay $72.99 for it. It's definitely the kind of jacket that I would love to see my hubby in as it's slightly fitted and looks ultra stylish. I'm not entirely sure that it would necessarily be the perfect jacket for motorcycle per se, but it does embody that racing kind of style. It's also machine washable, has a total of five pockets (4 on the exterior and 1 on the inside), along with a collar that can be popped up.
