'Tis the time to get a coat if you haven't already and right now, Aritzia is offering up to 50% off plenty of its merchandise. I found this Sunday Best Meyer coat on sale for just $124.99. It was originally priced at $250.
Although the lining is 100% polyester, the body of this coat is made from 80% wool with the rest being nylon, which means that you're sure to be toast warm. According to the description, it's made with "a heavyweight melton twill that is warm", so this coat could definitely be worn right now. I wouldn't necessarily wear it in subzero temperatures while having to wait ages for the bus, but it could be ideal for light errands involving a car.
It's available in either black or heather charcoal (grey). Nearly all sizes are available for both colours with the exception of XL for the black one and XXS, XS and XL for the heather charcoal one.
If you would prefer a parka, then I also found the Ronne warmest parka on sale for $225 (reg. $325). I'm sure that it lives up to its name too as it's filled with 80% duck down and 20% duck feathers. You can get it in either black, combat, white or dark olive but not all sizes are available.
More often than not, Aritzia offers free shipping on any order. However, right now, there is a $150 minimum threshold for free shipping, otherwise an $8 shipping fee will apply. So you could either risk waiting to get the Meyer coat when a free shipping offer is applies, though do keep in mind that it's a risk and it may not happen or you could get a filler item to reach the $150 minimum purchase.
Originally, I was going to feature the Wilfred Legendre jacket on sale for $69.99 (reg. $195). It's not necessarily the most weather appropriate right now but you could get it in advance for the spring season or perhaps to wear for when it's not too cold outside. This one too promises to be warm in the cold and it's definitely worth checking out as it looks to be very fashion forward.
